Esther was born in Holland and moved to France when she was 13 years old. She studied tourism management in Switzerland. In 1993 she joined an American consultancy company as a receptionist in France. She then moved to the human resources department as a relocation assistant before becoming a human resources specialist. She worked there for 9 years. After having given birth to two boys, Esther decided in 2003 to go back to studying and successfully obtained a Master's Degree in economic and social administration with a specialization in human resources.

 

Esther joined the Crew Network in January 2006 bringing her Human Resources knowledge into daily use and discovering the world of yachting.
