Robin was born and raised in California where she graduated cum laude from San Diego State University. She has spent the last 15 years in San Diego, and has over 6 years of staffing industry experience.

 

She began her staffing career as a recruiter for information technology professionals. There she generated leads through cold calling into potential client companies.  She recruited high level programmers during a time in which IT professionals were in high demand.  This is where she obtained the skill of managing relationships between the client companies and candidates.   It was imperative that she prepared the candidates to present well in interviews and also properly sell her client’s opportunities to the candidates.

 

As the market for IT professionals declined in the San Diego area, Robin moved into the area temporary staffing.  Her territory included all of San Diego.  As she grew in the position so did her love for the water.  She is enthusiastic to integrate her professional background with the love for yachting, and help grow the San Diego yacht crew market.
