"Esther was born in
Holland and moved to France when she was 13 years old. She studied tourism management in Switzerland. In 1993 she joined an American consultancy company as a receptionist in
France. She then moved to the human resources department as a relocation assistant before becoming a human resources specialist. She worked there for 9 years. After having given birth to two boys, Esther decided in 2003 to go back to studying and successfully obtained a Master's Degree in economic and social administration with a specialization in human resources. Esther joined the Crew Network in January 2006 bringing her Human Resources knowledge into daily use and discovering the world of yachting."

Julie was born in France, and spent her early childhood in Martinique and has always lived close to the sea. Julie began working at The Crew Network six years ago as a student. She graduated with a degree in Business and soon began working full-time as an accountant for the TCN Antibes office.
Julie is fluent in French and English, and is currently studying Italian. She continues to develop her skills and her vast experience working with crew. Combined with her precise organizational and administrative abilities, Julie takes an active role in the continued development and implementation of Crew Support Services. |

Duncan was born and raised within a stone throws of the
North Sea in the Shetland Isles, Scotland. Duncan enjoyed an upbringing which
revolved around competitive dinghy sailing and football. He went on to play professional football during university in Scotland followed by a football scholarship which allowed him to study further
in the USA. Following his
graduation, he moved to the exclusive Ocean Reef Club, in Key Largo, where he worked as a
sailing instructor and in real estate / property management.
Away from work Duncan is a
fitness and sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling, reading,
and the lifestyle of the French Riviera.

Kathleen was born in the South of France and has always lived close to the sea. During her studies Kathleen worked for four years as a hostess, including many high profile events, as well as a receptionist in a prestigious hotel on the French Riviera which helped in developing her natural ability to assist clients and her customer relations skills. Kathleen has recently obtained a Master's Degree in Tourism and International Relations and is looking forward to broadening her knowledge of the yachting industry.
Kathleen is fluent in English, having spent 6 months in work placements in Australia, in addition to speaking French and Spanish.

Milica comes from the hospitality industry. She graduated from the Hotel Management University in her home town of Belgrade, Serbia. She started her career in the "Hyatt Hotel" in the capacity of Concierge but as she wanted a bigger challenge combined with her passion for travel, she decided to join the luxury cruise line "Regent Cruise Line". Milica started as a waitress and during 4 years of hard work and with a positive attitude she worked her way up to the position Maitre D'hotel. After settling on the French Riveria Milica wanted to use her experience as an ex-crew member and her language skills, speaking English, French and Serbo-croat and has joined the Crew Network as a junior Crewing Consultant. |
