Helen was brought up in the hospitality industry from an early age. She started travelling at 19 and, amongst other jobs, worked as a silver service waitress in the Canary Islands. A few years later she gained invaluable experience working onboard the cruise ship QE2 during a round the world trip. She was introduced to the world of yachting in 2002 when she joined a 52m MY in Antibes. In addition to hospitality and sea going experience Helen has also been employed incustomer service and sales, which together with her out going personality and professionalism, made her the perfect choice to join Yacht Help Group as a Crewing Consultant for The Crew Network. Helen joined the team in in Mallorca in 2005.

Beatrice qualified in France as a nurse before moving into nursing management and recruitment. She moved to Mallorca in 2000 with her partner Phil Edwards, an ex yacht captain, who started Yacht Help Group, a registered yacht agency with offices throughout Spain and Gibraltar. Beatrice has been a Crewing Consultant with The Crew Network since 2000 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of both crew and clients. Beatrice and Phil recently moved to Barcelona where Yacht Help Group's office is ideally placed for crew and captains to use the services of The Crew Network. Beatrice's fluency in French, English and Spanish is a great asset when dealing with international crew.
