Upon placement of an order The Crew Network Worldwide provides you with a selection of currently available candidates.
The hiring of crew presented by The Crew Network Worldwide will be deemed as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Business.
Fee Policy
We structure our placement fees in the following way to suit your needs:
Long Term Placement
Fee: One month salary.
Policy: Long-term, full-time employment of a crew or staff member aboard a yacht.
Temporary Placement
Fee: 20% of salary paid or US$ 50 or Euros 50 minimum.
Policy: Fee applies to crew or staff members hired & rehired hourly, daily, weekly or monthly for less than 60 days. Maximum Temporary Placement fee equals Permanent Placement Fee during any twelve month period.
Guarantee Policy
Guarantee Period Applicable only if an invoice is paid upon receipt.
Long-term Placement is guaranteed for 90 days. We will make an effort to replace a crew or staff member once, for any reason, at no extra charge during the first 90 days following the date of hire.
The owner or captain of the vessel is responsible for all travel and incidental expenses.
The Crew Network Worldwide screens candidates, checks resumes and references as part of our service, but cannot be responsible for the actions of candidates after hiring.
Please note: The Crew Network Worldwide offers a replacement policy service which does not include refunds.
A credit card is required to secure an order and will only be charged if full payment is not received within 30 days or at the customer's authorization. We accept MC, Visa and AX.
