Carlo was born and raised in Italy where he lived until he began traveling around the world working for oil companies in their onshore and offshore operations. Carlo worked in countries such as Malaysia, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, and Libya as a finance and personnel manager before joining Fraser Yachts to open the Italian branch of The Crew Network as a manager. Away from the office he likes to spend time with my family and friends – hiking, skiing and cycling. |

Alessandro was born and raised in Viareggio and has spent a great deal of his life on the water. A strong passion for yachting, he has worked many years on luxury cruise ships as a First Mate, before obtaining his Unlimited Masters License. In his spare time, Alessandro like to spend time with his family and friends and playing football. |
