Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and Chinese, Maria joined TCN in 2019 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Mediation.
A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, she brings a can-do attitude and international outlook to all aspects of crew recruitment.
Half Italian and half Chinese, Maria spent part of her degree studying in Shanghai, where she developed and honed excellent communication and social skills with different cultures and societies.
These skills make Maria ideal for sourcing the right candidate for every yacht and understanding the unique onboard culture of each vessel.
Outside work, Maria enjoys travelling, volunteering in shelters and cooking.
