Hailing from Spain, Jocelyn serves as a Crewing Consultant in TCN’s bustling Palma office.

Having earned her master’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of Barcelona, Jocelyn initially immersed herself in various Communication and Marketing positions in both the city and on the island of Mallorca for three years. However, the allure of the ocean eventually beckoned, leading her to make the decision to work on board yachts.

For the subsequent years, Jocelyn took on the role of Stewardess aboard both charter and private motor yachts in the Mediterranean and the Balearics, ranging from 50 to 70 meters. This experience equipped her with essential skills and an in-depth understanding of yacht service, providing her with the insights into what constitutes a successful crew on a large yacht.

Since 2023, Jocelyn has applied this wealth of knowledge to her position at TCN. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, with a basic understanding of German.
