Following the completion of her master’s degree in Corporate Communication, Montse embarked on her career in the airline industry. Over a span of 12 years with Emirates Group worldwide, she initially served as part of the general cabin crew before swiftly transitioning to the VVIP cabin crew team.

After seven years in the skies, Montse extended her contributions to Emirates Group on the ground. She assumed the role of HR Specialist at the Dubai offices, overseeing global talent acquisition campaigns and spearheading onboarding programs.

In 2017, Montse relocated to Palma to join Air Europa. In this role, she coordinated diverse projects, including communication and marketing campaigns, event management, learning and development strategies, and incentive plans for the crew.

Hailing from Spain, Montse is proficient in English, Spanish, and Italian.
