The Crew Network (TCN), the longest-serving yacht crew recruitment agency in the world today, turns 30 this year and is celebrating this milestone with the launch of a brand-new website and new branding to match.

In 30 years, the multinational and multilingual TCN teams have successfully filled over 10,000 positions ranging from Deckhands to Master Mariners, across all departments on vessels from 24m (79′) to over 216m (709′).

TCN has helped launch the careers of thousands of yacht crew, many at the top of their game today, and helped Owners and Captains establish solid and reliable onboard teams who work well together and stay together.

The Crew Network - Anniversary 30 Years 1989-2019

From our offices in Fort Lauderdale (USA), Palma (Spain), Antibes (France) and Viareggio (Italy), our teams apply the same ethics and the same rigour that put TCN on the map over 30 years ago – understanding what clients and crew are looking for and their needs; using our database, networks and expertise to match the right crew with the right yachts… and always ensuring we are there when our clients and crew need us.

New TCN Website, New Look And New Talent

TCN has always been known for leading the way in innovation and personalised client support.

The new TCN website has been completely redesigned for a smoother, faster and more intuitive user experience. With a live job search, interactive recruitment features, help guides and latest news, Owners and Captains can quickly and easily post their recruitment needs and requirements and enjoy real-time access to our teams of professional recruiters worldwide. Whilst those in search of work can access our live database of latest vacancies and post their applications directly online.

The TCN team also recently expanded with new crew recruitment consultants dedicated to delivering on the same promise of professional, qualified service that has set TCN apart for the last 30 years. Anastasija Splosnova and Ksenia Kokoshkina recently joined the TCN Antibes office, Claudia Belli joined the TCN Viareggio office, and Anna Kuylenstierna has joined the TCN Palma office.

Yachting is a people business. Every step of the way in every aspect, the success, rewards and enjoyment it has to offer is predicated on the quality, performance and aspirations of the people who work within it. Nowhere is that more evident than with yacht crew and crewing.

We are very proud to have played such an important part in the reliability and performance of thousands of yachts around the world thanks to the crew we have been able to source and place for our clients over the last 30 years. We are equally proud to have advanced, and in many cases launched, the careers of so many crew who today are at the top of their game.

It’s a credit to the focus, strategy, mentoring and commitment of our TCN teams over the years and today – teams who understand the onboard dynamic and apply a level of expertise only skilled recruiters can bring to the table. My congratulations to TCN on celebrating this milestone.

And for the next 30 years? With the new tools, software and recruitment solutions we have now introduced, our clients can continue to count on that TCN guarantee of professionally sourced and perfectly profiled crew every time for their yachts.
